I came to Facet 58 Farm as a “born-again equestrian” with a
background in English Pleasure riding.
I had decided that I did not want to wake up one morning finding myself driving
my child to riding lessons, wishing I was the one riding. I knew I needed to
find a special place that could not only help me become a better rider, but a
better horsewoman. That place is Facet 58 Farm.
Tovah teaches in such a way that is unique to each of her clients. She is able
to successfully adapt her training methods for different riding disciplines, and
different types of riders who have various needs.
It is this training that has provided me and so many others to progress beyond
their expectations, especially in such short periods of time. In the 9 months I
have been with Tovah, I have gone from competing in the flat classes to
successfully jumping 3 ft hunter and jumper courses, bringing home ribbons in
almost every class entered.
As exceptional as the training is, equally valuable to me is the sense of
community and camaraderie I have with Tovah and Rich, the other riders,
boarders, sponsors, and friends of Facet 58 Farm. I have found some of my best
friends through this community and always look forward to the events including:
barn parties, trail rides, weekend camping trips, cross country days, clinics,
barn/ fun shows, local and out-of-state shows.
Whether you are interested in taking your show career to new heights or just
learn to be a better rider and communicate more effectively with your horse,
Facet 58 Farm is the environment to excel in.
